We only accept return of products for refund or replacement only if the products delivered are damaged or not as per your order, at the time of delivery.
For return of products for refund or replacement, intimation should reach us at email@example.com within 3 days from the date of delivery.
All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Items not as per your order must be returned in an unopened, saleable condition, otherwise the same will not be taken back.

The courier charges for returning damaged items or item not as described, up to a limit of the courier charges borne by the customer during his purchase, will be borne by Earth Reserve Pvt.Ltd through a refund or by providing a credit for use against a subsequent purchase by the customer.
Products under discounts(if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately products under discounts cannot be refunded.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products unless it was in a damaged condition at the time of delivery.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000/-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 10 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will provide the same or we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For processing of refund or replacement against a damaged item or an item not as per your order, please allow up to three weeks’ time, from the receipt of the returned item at our office in Bangalore.
You will be contacted once your replacement or refund has been processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the order is cancelled before dispatching, full money will be refunded. But once the products are dispatched,cancellation is not accepted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.Gift cards are not returnable.
